Here it is! The new season fitted in our new design.

You know this feeling. It is tickling you, like it tickles you every year. Four months have gone over since the World Cup final. Four months needed of course by the athletes to prepare the highlights of the 2010 season. But also four months without the suspense to know who will come the fastest out of the forest, whose name will appear on the top of the result list. Four months without images of tension at the start, suffering faces during the race, tears of happiness on the finish line. Four months without winners, four months without losers.

You know this feeling, because orienteering is passion, and because all these elements you enjoy start every year at the same period. Indeed, most of world’s best athletes will compete against each other today for the first time of the season in Portugal for the World Ranking Event, offering a first confrontation.

These four months the athletes used to sharpen their form, Ultimate Orienteering used to make you closer to them. It is certainly not a hazard that we are proud to launch our new design the day of the first real meeting. We are always looking for improvements and challenges to take up: this new version is an image of this dedication.
